There are a lot of folks in and around Portland, Oregon who practice or are otherwise interested in the Historic European Martial Arts. Unfortunately, too few of us know each other. This group exists to provide us all with an excuse to get up, get out and get to know each other so that we can build a better, stronger Western Martial Arts community.
During the 1 hour we practice Korean healing martial art called Dahn Mu Do, which incorporates gentle but powerful movements that strengthen muscles and joints, improve blood and energy circulation, correct skeletal imbalance, plus enhance focus, concentration and confidence. Open to all levels of experience.
Qigong and Taiji are wonderful practices to open the joints and loosen the limbs to allow open flow of our life fore (Qi).
