We have combined the hub of combat martial arts with the hub of of extreme fitness and conditioning (www.crossfitsouthsurrey.typepad.com). All of our instructors are certified and have more than 10 years in formal training and practical application. We are poised to be the #1 club in the area and we are looking forward to training with you!
