I will try to condense a lifetime of studying our enemies in 400 characters or so, in order to try to explain the "reason for the exclusions" because I believe you are a good man and a good American and should be piqued with curiosity.
I grew up in Cuba until I was 14. I lived more than two years under Castro's lies and bloody tyranny and saw first hand the lies and the cover-ups that live to this day...

Bill, Bill! You sound just like someone joining a group of over-60 ex-Navy seals who wants to include non-Navy seals OR under-60 as well. There is a reason for the exclusions and if it is not obvious it would take a lifetime to explain.
