- My name is Ben and I am new to MMA. Looking to train, learn and move up in technique. I know MMA is tough on the body and mind, but willing to overcome all the obstacles and start this journey.

Currently enrolled in a gym, work out three days a week on different aspect of the body. I need hands on training to learn. Willing to do anything to learn.
