Come on out and train and meet others from our group! We are getting together to work on our standing (throws and joint locks) and ground game.
It is a good chance to balance your training. If you are working all the time on the ground, now you can add a few throws to your arsenal. If you are more of a stand-up fighter, we'll review a bit of the ground to allow you to safely transition this range.
Last but not least, you can meet other martial artists in the area and have a good time!
